This unique project was delivered with Neilcott Construction in the heart of London, just a stone’s throw from The Shard! It wasn’t without its fair share of challenges, the biggest being in a conservation area. The compact and modern designed building was construction on a brownfield site on no larger than a mere 28m2 footprint! Absolutely outstanding work by the architects DSDHA with what can be created in London’s nooks and crannies on a budget of just shy of £1m!
