FOUNDER’S STORY
Tony Rigby, founder and CEO of Stronghold Property Limited, which focuses on the construction of both build-to-rent and build-to-sell properties. He is passionate about creating amazing places to live, play, and work!
Tony has been involved in the construction industry since 1994. In 2004, he established Interprove Limited, a domestic and commercial construction and interiors contracting company. With a combined total value of over £600 million, he has worked on refurbishment and new build projects in the office, retail, leisure, education, commercial and residential sectors in the South East.
In addition, he is the founder of Property Now Limited, which is a property investment and management company specialising in sourcing and managing high yielding properties in Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire, as well as HMO (Houses of Multiple Occupancy) properties.
Tony was once the host of the Milton Keynes Property Investors Network (PIN) meeting, which is a monthly networking meeting aimed at supporting local investors.
An integral part of the UK Property Angels Network, he helped provide vulnerable people with much-needed housing.
An active father who enjoys and strives to be the very best version of himself and is dedicated in playing his part in enhancing the local built environment!
